Here are our casting shots of the characters Layla (being played by Claire Stapley),Scott (played by Tommy Mercer) and Grant (played by Ben Thomas). We found that from the character development that these actors were the best ones to use portraying similar visual aspects as our characters.
Also we feel our actor Tommy (playing Scott) has softer features compared to Claire (playing Layla) who has stronger, striking features which makes the two characters contrast in a way in which they do not look compatible. Similar to our actress playing Layla, Ben (playing Grant) has a very defined jaw making him seem more masculine and again his dark features contrast with Tommy's light eyes and light hair (playing Scott).
