Influences

The presentation above presents our influences for our trailer and why they are similar to what we wish to eventually create. The type of genre we were looking at was a romance, drama or action so we decided to do all three and have a hybrid genre for our film.

We looked at 'Taken' and really liked their use of camera angles, costumes and sound, such as the shot of Liam Neeson running, the variety of flash shots they used and the two shots, were visually dynamic and stuck to the fast pace of the genre and story of the film.

We also looked at 'Obsessed' for a similar trailer structure, we got the idea of our character Scott Reynolds being obsessed from the 'Temp' character in the film.
